We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed can be shipped on Mondays or Wednesdays. Sometimes products are out of stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we be unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Our caviar is produced fresh weekly and has a shelf life of 2 months after the production date.

The listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs for caviar and small products are:

• €15 normal shipping
• A price per kilo applies for the shipment of fillets and heavier products.

Delivery is handled by a parcel delivery service (usually FedEx). Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. We therefore ask you to order packages in good time if you need them for an important occasion. You will receive an email or SMS from the carrier when the package is in the sorting process. This will contain a track and trace code and the expected delivery time. Once the package has been delivered, it must be placed in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

Your order will be shipped chilled. It will be packed in a cool box with an insulation bag and the necessary ice packs. Please cool as soon as the package arrives. If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to contact us first.
